I went to walk the dog today and whilst I was out I had a message left on the ansaphone to ring the specialist's secretary. I rang and she has offered me a date of July 10th for my operation.
Everyone keep their fingers crossed for me that nothing else goes wrong between now and then.

I have two dodgy knees and had knee replacement surgery on my right knee in September. It hasn't been quite the success that I hoped for but I am hoping that it will be all right in the end. My body may be housebound but my mind runs free. Thank goodness for my crochet (and knitting) to try to keep me sane! My son does still say that I am a dingbat but now I am older I can blame it all on old age ecentricity and poor memory.
